These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gmail Cleaner Chrome extension ("the extension", "the Service") developed and operated by the Gmail Cleaner team ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the extension you agree to these Terms.
Gmail Cleaner is a Chrome browser extension that scans your Gmail inbox for old promotional emails, classifies them, and optionally moves selected emails to Gmail Trash. All processing occurs locally in your browser. No email data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
You must be at least 13 years of age and have a valid Google account to use the extension. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the extension for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
The extension includes a 14-day free trial period that begins on the date of your first completed scan. After the trial period expires, continued access to certain features (scanning emails older than 30 days) requires a paid Pro licence purchased through LemonSqueezy. Licence keys are tied to individual accounts and may not be shared or resold. We reserve the right to revoke a licence key if we reasonably believe it is being used in violation of these Terms.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, acting as the Merchant of Record. All billing disputes should be directed to LemonSqueezy's support. We do not store payment card information.

The extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that emails moved to Trash will be recoverable.
You are solely responsible for reviewing emails before trashing them. We strongly recommend verifying the sender list and using Gmail's 30-day Trash recovery window if any emails are moved in error.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the extension in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the extension (or any feature thereof) at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Your continued use of the extension after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the extension after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
